Will my employer or organisation accept the letter?
Our letters are reviewed and signed by a UK-registered GP and include a QR verification service. Acceptance ultimately depends on the receiving organisation, so check any specific wording or evidence requirements before ordering.
Can a letter be backdated?
A GP can only confirm a past period when the information and supporting evidence make that clinically appropriate. Backdating is not guaranteed.
What happens if the GP cannot issue my letter?
If the reviewing GP decides a letter is not clinically suitable, you receive a full refund.
