Collection: General Wellness & Preventive Health

Check key biomarkers linked with energy, nutrition, thyroid function and general wellbeing, with doctor-reviewed results and clear next steps.

Which test should I choose?
  • Check four key nutrient markers

Nutrients Panel (B12, Vitamin D, Ferritin, Folate)

Measures active vitamin B12, vitamin D, ferritin and folate in one blood panel. It may help identify low or unusual nutrient-related markers worth discussing, but tiredness has many possible causes and normal results do not rule them out.

    Blood4 biomarkersResults in 1–3 days
  • Check magnesium and calcium levels

    Magnesium & Calcium (Electrolytes) Test

Measures magnesium and calcium in blood. These minerals contribute to normal muscle, nerve and bone function, but this two-marker test is not a full electrolyte panel and does not identify the cause of symptoms.

    Blood2 biomarkersResults in 1–2 days
  • Explore blood markers linked to fatigue

    Fatigue Panel (10 Biomarkers)

Measures ferritin, circulating iron and eight full-blood-count markers that can provide context for iron status, anaemia patterns and other blood changes.

    Blood10 biomarkersResults in 1–3 days
  • Check key everyday health markers

    Essential Health MOT (17 Biomarkers)

Measures the 17 biomarkers listed below across cholesterol, liver-related enzymes and proteins, kidney-related waste markers, calcium, amylase and inflammation.

    Blood17 biomarkersResults in 1–3 days
  • Check your folate level

    Folate Test

Measures folate (vitamin B9) in blood.

    Blood1 biomarkerResults in 1–3 days
  • Check key kidney function markers

    Kidney Function Test

A blood test measuring urea and creatinine and reporting an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). Together these provide a snapshot of kidney filtration and may help monitor a known risk or investigate a concern with your clinician.

    Blood3 biomarkersResults in 1–3 days
  • Check key liver function markers

    Liver Function Tests (Excluding ALT)

Measures seven liver-related markers and intentionally excludes alanine transaminase (ALT). The pattern may identify results worth discussing, but it cannot diagnose the cause of an abnormal result on its own.

    Blood7 biomarkersResults in 1 day
  • Understand your iron status

    Advanced Iron Profile Blood Test

Measures iron, ferritin, transferrin saturation and total iron-binding capacity (TIBC). Together they provide a broader picture of iron status, but they do not diagnose the cause of an abnormal result.

    Blood4 biomarkersResults in 1 day
  • Check your blood calcium level

    Calcium Test

Measures calcium in blood. Abnormal results can have several causes and may need interpretation with albumin, vitamin D, kidney function or parathyroid testing; this test does not measure bone strength.

    Blood1 biomarkerResults in 1 day
  • Check calcium and vitamin D

    Calcium + Vitamin D Test

Measures blood calcium and 25-hydroxyvitamin D to provide two related markers relevant to mineral and bone health. It does not measure bone density, and abnormal calcium should be reviewed promptly with a clinician.

    Blood2 biomarkersResults in 1 day
  • Monitor your longer-term blood sugar

    Diabetes (HbA1c) Test

Measures HbA1c, which reflects average blood glucose over roughly the previous two to three months.

    Blood1 biomarkerResults in 1 day

General Wellness & Preventive Health testing — common questions

How do I choose the right test?
Start with your main symptom, the sample type you are comfortable collecting and how quickly you need results. Each product page explains exactly what the test measures and who it is for.
Are the results reviewed by a doctor?
Yes. Results are delivered securely and reviewed by a UK-registered doctor, with a comment on anything outside the expected range.
Does an at-home test replace my GP?
No. Home2Lab tests check and measure biomarkers; they do not diagnose a condition or replace medical assessment. Seek urgent medical help if your symptoms are severe or worsening.
