Which test should I choose?
  • Explore an endometriosis-associated saliva test

    Ziwig Endotest Saliva Test

Analyses a salivary microRNA signature using the Ziwig Endotest laboratory process as part of an assessment for possible endometriosis.

    Saliva1 biomarkerResults in 25 days
  • Explore key female hormone levels

    Female Hormone Test

Measures oestradiol, FSH, LH, total testosterone, progesterone and prolactin. The results can provide a snapshot of reproductive hormones, but cycle day, contraception, pregnancy status and symptoms are essential to interpretation.

    Blood6 biomarkersResults in 1–3 days
  • Check your active vitamin B12

    Vitamin B12 (Active) Test

Measures the blood marker described by the laboratory as active vitamin B12. It may help investigate possible B12 deficiency when interpreted with symptoms, diet, medicines and other blood results.

    Blood1 biomarkerResults in 1 day
  • Explore your progesterone level

    Progesterone Test

Measures progesterone in blood. When collected at the appropriate point in a menstrual cycle it may help assess whether ovulation is likely to have occurred; timing is critical and one result does not predict fertility or pregnancy.

    Blood1 biomarkerResults in 1 day
  • Explore your luteinising hormone level

    Luteinising Hormone (LH) Test

Measures luteinising hormone (LH), part of the signalling pathway controlling ovulation and testosterone production. It is usually interpreted with other hormones and relevant timing rather than alone.

    Blood1 biomarkerResults in 1 day
  • Explore your FSH level

    FSH Test

Measures follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which is involved in ovarian and testicular function.

    Blood1 biomarkerResults in 1 day
  • Explore your ovarian reserve marker

    Antimullerian Hormone (AMH) Test

Measures anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), a marker used as one part of assessing ovarian reserve and planning some fertility treatments. It does not count eggs, assess egg quality or predict whether you will become pregnant.

Women’s Health testing — common questions

How do I choose the right test?
Start with your main symptom, the sample type you are comfortable collecting and how quickly you need results. Each product page explains exactly what the test measures and who it is for.
Are the results reviewed by a doctor?
Yes. Results are delivered securely and reviewed by a UK-registered doctor, with a comment on anything outside the expected range.
Does an at-home test replace my GP?
No. Home2Lab tests check and measure biomarkers; they do not diagnose a condition or replace medical assessment. Seek urgent medical help if your symptoms are severe or worsening.
